The Pittsfield Township Board
of Trustees has approved funding to replace all of the residential water
meters in the Township that were installed prior to 2005. The meters will be
equipped with radio reading devices which will improve accuracy and service.
S.L.C. Meter Services of Davisburg, Michigan, will begin installations on
November 4, 2008. This project is anticipated to be completed within a year.
A letter is being mailed out to every residential home that has meter(s)
that will need to be replaced and will include the starting date for your
