1. How often are Parks & Recreation brochures mailed?
   The Parks & Recreation Seasonal Brochure listing programs, classes, and Senior activities is mailed three times a year, around April, August,and December.
2. Who do I call for information on Senior Citizen activities?
   Information on the Pittsfield Charter Township Senior Center can be found on our website or at http://www.pittsfield-senior-center.org. The Senior Citizens Coordinator, Carol Presley, can be reached by email at pittsfieldsenior@aol.com, or by calling (734) 822-2117.
3. Can I rent or reserve a park pavilion for a group gathering?
   Yes. Park pavilions can be reserved by calling (734) 822-2120. The cost for rental is $25.00 a day. For groups of fifty or more, a $50.00 refundable deposit is required in advance. Reservations are based upon availability.
4. When and where are the Parks & Recreation meetings held?
   The Parks & Recreation meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the Township Administration Building, located at 6201 W. Michigan Ave.
5. Will I receive a refund if a class is canceled?
   If the Recreation Department cancels a program due to a lack of participants, a full refund will be returned to those who have registered. If a program session is canceled due to bad weather, all efforts will be made to schedule a make-up session. If this is not possible, no refunds will be given. 6. Where are the Pittsfield Charter Township Parks located? 
   There are presently three Township Parks. Montibeller Park (52 ac) is located on Ellsworth Road, just east of Carpenter Road and next to Fire Station No. 2. Pittsfield Township Park (7 ac) is located on the southwest corner of Ellsworth and State Roads. Lillie Park (124 ac) is located at the southeast corner of Ellsworth and Platt Roads.

7. Where is the Parks & Recreation office located and what are the hours of business?
The Pittsfield Charter Township Parks & Recreation Department is located at 701 W. Ellsworth Road and has office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
