Pittsfield Charter Twp, Michigan

The Zoning Board of Appeals was created to hear and decide appeals where there is an error alleged in any order, decision or determination by the Zoning Administrator and to hear and grant variances to the Zoning Ordinance.

This Board has five members, each serving 3-year terms. The Township Supervisor appoints the members subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.

Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Schedule

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets, as needed, on the fourth Monday of each month. Scheduled meetings will be posted at the Township Administration Building. All regular meetings will be held in Morris Hall, Pittsfield Township Administration Building, located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108.
